All Subtle Bangs pieces are made with care and love, meant to be a special part of your collection. I truly want you to enjoy your jewelry, and I’m here to help if anything isn’t quite right.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, please email me at subtlebangs@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order, and we can discuss your options. Exchanges depend on availability, and I highly recommend double-checking your ring size beforehand—I’m happy to guide you! :)
Returns
Returns cannot be accepted if a customer changed their mind. Please email me within 5 days of receiving your order if a return is needed.
A Few Important Things
All pieces must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging for exchanges or returns.
Refunds and exchanges will be processed once your item is received and inspected.
Shipping costs for exchanges or returns are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Custom Pieces
Custom or personalized pieces cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
