Shipping Locations

Orders are shipped from my studio in Cairo. For International shipping, please get in touch to arrange your order and confirm shipping costs and estimated delivery dates. Please note that any import duties, taxes or custom fees are the responsibility of the recipient. 

Delivery Time

Standard orders typically take 5–7 working days to arrive anywhere in Cairo. Customized pieces may take longer, depending on the piece and production process. The exact timeline will be provided at the time of order.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Every piece is carefully packaged for safe delivery. If an order is lost or delayed, please contact me to resolve the issue.
